By downloading, accessing, or using Dive Monke or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.
Personal use
Dive Monke gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app, its artwork, or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Focus tools, not professional advice
Dive Monke is a productivity and wellbeing tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use focus sessions and app blocking, including keeping access to anything you may need in an emergency.
Purchases & subscriptions
Apple processes all in-app purchases through the App Store. Certified Diver may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you purchase a subscription, as permitted by Apple.
Prices and availability may vary by region and will be shown by Apple before purchase. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the app, the Apple terms control to that extent.
Dive Focus Challenge
If you enter the Dive Focus Challenge, the eligibility, post, redemption, review, and one-redemption rules in the Challenge terms also apply. Challenge rewards have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. If you send us a challenge entry, screenshot, feedback, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give Dive Monke permission to view and use it only as reasonably needed to review your request, provide support, administer a promotion, or respond to you. We will ask before featuring your content in marketing.
Availability & changes
Dive Monke may be offered in prerelease form, including TestFlight builds. Features may change, break, or be unavailable while the app is being tested. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or site and may update these Terms by posting a new effective date.
Disclaimer & limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dive Monke is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dive Monke and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or site. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
